Use this page as the public support URL for Night Reef products, including Chamelingo, our first app. Include the app, game, or product name, the email tied to your account if applicable, your device/platform, and a short description of the issue.

What to include

Include screenshots, error messages, purchase receipt details when relevant, and steps to reproduce the issue. Do not send passwords or payment card details.

Store purchases

For Apple App Store or Google Play purchases, billing, receipts, cancellations, and refunds may need to be handled through the store account used for the purchase.
